Actually I can't agree with that, but it probably all depends upon what you define as "ability to speak english" (eg. if you consider a guy with atrociously bad grammar to be able or not - or how much are you bothered with "leetspeakers" not even realising they are speaking "leet"). But I guess most of us could communicate with it somewhat.

I for one can't honestly say I speak any good english, but man has to work with the tools given to him at the moment (hell, I'm not even sure if anyone says any such expression).

But either way, I'm setting my rant mode off for now and welcome you to our forum BuRnT

Nawet jednej dziesiątej? To by wyjaśniało dlaczego cytując tekst który pokrótce się sprowadza do "ja nie znam angielskiego" pytasz się "skąd ty znasz tak dobrze angielski" :lol:
